Green Beans with Cashews
1 1/2 pounds green beans , trimmed
1/2 cup cashews with sea salt
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
Cooking spray
2 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
2. Combine first 6 ingredienests in a shallow roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 500 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. remove from oven, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese .
