April Rummage Sale

Always a lot of work and a lot of fun. Briarcliffe Rummage sale for the Briarcliffe Congregational Church. So much fun.

Travels to Westchester

We have been going back and forth to Westchester to spend time with Tim's Mom and participated in both the April Rummage Sale which we do every year and then celebrate some birthdays and shop the Re-Store in Yonkers along with so many other things. So much fun.

New Eateries

Friends of ours took us to a couple new eateries - Buck Hill Farm and The Breakfast Club both in Jefferson NY. Buck Hill Farm is a working farm where they took an old building and converted it into a small eatery where you can get awesom breakfast food - great pancakes and delicious bacon and omelettes. Second place is The Breakfast Club where they bake all their own breads and have a huge menu of breakfast items. My eyes rolled back into my head with the french toast stuffed with berries and cream cheeze. So delicious. Awesome time, thanks to Michelle and Michael.

Spring 2026

Despite an especially long cold wet winter, spring is finally here. With my knee surgery, the winter seemed endless and not being able to get outside but now that it is here, we have to make the most of it. Forsythia is beautiful, new trugs from friends, shrubs blooming, and lots and lots to plant and grow. Looking forward to a lovely gardening summer and with some new gardening tools - it should be awesome.
