Uncle Jack Visit

We drove up on Saturday to visit my Uncle Jack. My cousing Sadie and her boyfriend, Kyle, joined us and we had a lovely lunch at our local diner Talk of the Town. Great Reuben sandwich and it was great catching up since Spring is finally here. After lunch, we went thrifting at the local Habitat for Humanity which is really good at this location in Glens Falls, NY. Afterwards, we drove over to Saratoga to go to the Saratoga Oil and Vinegar company store. They make amazing flavored olive oils and vinegars great for fish, vegetables and salads. I also like to use it for Vinegar Pies which I love. We drove around and did some sight seeing as it was a gorgeous sunny day and then went back to my Uncle's apartment and had a nice long chat. It was a great day.
